Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Toovain2026@hotmail.com with:

- A photo of the issue
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
Wrong Size? Because our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has usually begun and we're unable to cancel.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
